No Data in Metrics
You don't see any data in the metrics card? There could be some common issues you may face. But don't worry everything can be resolved!
Why is no data shown in the metric?
There are multiple cases where no data is available to display in the predefined data source dashboard.
1. No data available in the chosen date range
It can happen that the metric is empty for example if you had no active daily users in the chosen date range.
2. The metric is not setup correctly in your data source
If your are missing some events you track in your tracking tools it might be that the event is not triggered in the date range like described in 1. or that the event tracking is configured wrong and not tracked in your data source. Therefor the data can also not be synced.
3. Missing an important metric
You are looking for a specific metric which is not in the prebuilt dashboard? Submit your inquiry as improvement in our Roadmap (HERE). We are trying to keep the prebuilt dashboards as simple as possible to not overwhelm you with not important information.
