Hubspot Setup Guide

Prerequisites

• A Hubspot Account
• Admin access to the Hubspot Account

Connecting Hubspot to Analytra

1. In Analytra, go to "Connect Data" in the left sidebar
2. Click the "Connect" button in the table for Hubspot
3. Click "Authenticate with Hubspot"
4. You'll be redirected to Hubspot's OAuth consent screen
5. Login to your Hubspot Account
6. Grant the requested permissions
7. After successful authentication, click the "Connect Hubspot" button

What Data Gets Synced

Once connected, Analytra will sync the following data from Hubspot:

• Companies
• Contacts
• Leads
• Deals
• Campaigns
• Marketing Emails
• Engagements

The initial sync may take a few minutes depending on the amount of historical data.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

1. OAuth Connection Failed
   • Ensure you're using the correct Hubspot account
   • Check if you have admin access to the Hubspot
   • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies

Security Note

Your Hubspot credentials are encrypted and stored securely. The OAuth connection is handled directly through Hubspot's authentication servers, and we never see or store your Hubspot password.

Rate Limits and Data Refresh

• Data is synced daily by default
• Historical data is imported for the last 12 months by default
• API calls are optimized to respect API quotas
