LinkedIn Ads Connector Setup Guide

Want your LinkedIn Ads results in Analytra (without living inside Campaign Manager)? Connect your LinkedIn Ads account once and we'll sync your ad performance data automatically.

Before you start (tiny checklist)

You'll need:

• A LinkedIn Ads account you manage
• Admin access to the LinkedIn account connected to that Ads account
• Your LinkedIn Ads Account ID (you'll grab it in 30 seconds)

Find your LinkedIn Ads Account ID

1. Log in to LinkedIn
2. Open Campaign Manager (Marketing tab)
3. You'll see a table of ad accounts
4. In the first column, you'll find the Account Name + Account ID — copy the Account ID

Connect LinkedIn Ads to Analytra

Okidoki — let's connect it step-by-step:

1. In Analytra, go to Connect Data (left sidebar)
2. Find LinkedIn Ads and click Connect
3. Click Authenticate with LinkedIn
4. You'll be redirected to LinkedIn's permission screen
5. Log in with the LinkedIn account that has access to the ad account
6. Approve the requested permissions
7. Back in Analytra, paste your:
   • Account ID: your LinkedIn Ads Account ID

Done. Sync starts.

Rate Limits and Data Refresh

• Data syncs daily by default
• We import up to the last 12 months of historical data by default (if available)

Troubleshooting (the usual suspects)

If the OAuth connection fails:

• Make sure you're logging into the correct LinkedIn profile
• Confirm you have admin access to the ad account
• Try clearing cache/cookies or use an incognito window

If your Account ID is invalid:

• Double-check you copied the full ID (digits only)
• Confirm the account is active (not suspended)
• Confirm your LinkedIn user actually has access to that account

Security note

Your LinkedIn Ads credentials are encrypted and stored securely. Authentication happens through LinkedIn's own servers — we never see or store your LinkedIn password.
