LinkedIn Pages

Connect LinkedIn Pages to Analytra—checklist, Organization ID, OAuth, page analytics, API limits, and troubleshooting.

LinkedIn Pages Connector Setup Guide

Want your LinkedIn Page analytics in Analytra (without living inside LinkedIn's admin view)? Connect your company page once — and we'll sync your page performance automatically.

Before you start (tiny checklist)

You'll need:

  • A LinkedIn company page you manage
  • Admin access to that LinkedIn page
  • Your Organization ID (we'll grab it from the page URL)

Find your Organization ID

  1. Open your LinkedIn company page in a browser
  2. Look at the URL: https://www.linkedin.com/company/{organization-id}
  3. Copy the {organization-id} part (the number or text after /company/)

Connect LinkedIn Pages to Analytra

Okidoki — let's connect it step-by-step:

  1. In Analytra, go to Data Sources (or Connect Data)
  2. Click Add Data Source
  3. Select LinkedIn Pages
  4. Click Connect with LinkedIn
  5. You'll be redirected to LinkedIn's permission screen
  6. Log in with the LinkedIn profile that has admin access to the company page
  7. Approve the requested permissions
  8. Back in Analytra, paste your:
    • Organization ID: the part from your LinkedIn page URL
  9. Click Connect to finish

Done. Sync starts.

What data gets synced

Once connected, Analytra can sync:

  • Page analytics and engagement metrics
  • Follower demographics
  • Post performance data
  • Page visitor analytics

Rate Limits and Data Refresh

  • Data syncs daily by default
  • We import up to the last 12 months of historical data by default (if available)
  • API calls are optimized to respect LinkedIn API limits

Troubleshooting (the usual suspects)

If the connection fails:

  • Make sure you're using the LinkedIn profile that has admin access to the page
  • Confirm the page is a Company Page (not a personal profile)
  • Try clearing cache/cookies or use an incognito window

If your Organization ID doesn't work:

  • Double-check you copied the exact part after /company/
  • Make sure you're using the main page URL (not a post URL)
