Leadfeeder Setup Guide

Leadfeeder allows you to track your website visitors and identify them.

Prerequisites

• A Leadfeeder Account
• Admin access to the Leadfeeder Account
• Leadfeeder API Token

Creating a Leadfeeder API Token

1. Login to your Leadfeeder Account
2. Go to Settings in the right top corner
3. Open the "Personal" Tab
4. Click on API tokens in the left sidebar
5. Add new API token or copy existing one

Connecting Leadfeeder to Analytra

1. In Analytra, go to "Connect Data" in the left sidebar
2. Click the "Connect" button in the table for Leadfeeder
3. Fill in your API Key
4. Click the "Connect Leadfeeder" button

What Data Gets Synced

Once connected, Analytra will sync the following data from Leadfeeder:

• Accounts
• Leads
• Visits

The initial sync may take a few minutes depending on the amount of historical data.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

1. Invalid API token
   • Make sure the token is active in your Leadfeeder Account
   • Check if the account is active and not suspended
   • Create a new API token for analytra if needed

Security Note

Your API token is encrypted and stored securely.

Rate Limits and Data Refresh

• Data is synced daily by default
• Historical data is imported for the last 12 months by default
• API calls are optimized to respect API quotas
