Leadfeeder Connector Setup Guide

Want to see who's visiting your website (and not just watch anonymous traffic numbers float by)? Connect Leadfeeder to Analytra and we'll sync your visitor + company insights automatically.

Before you start (tiny checklist)

You'll need:

  • A Leadfeeder account
  • Admin access to that Leadfeeder account
  • A Leadfeeder API token

Create your Leadfeeder API token

  1. Log in to Leadfeeder
  2. Go to Settings (top-right corner)
  3. Open the Personal tab
  4. Click API tokens (left sidebar)
  5. Create a new token or copy an existing one

Connect Leadfeeder to Analytra

Okidoki — let's connect it step-by-step:

  1. In Analytra, go to Connect Data (left sidebar)
  2. Find Leadfeeder and click Connect
  3. Paste your API token (API Key)
  4. Click Connect Leadfeeder

Done. Sync starts.

What data gets synced

Once connected, Analytra can sync:

  • Accounts
  • Leads
  • Visits

The first sync may take a few minutes, depending on how much historical data Leadfeeder has.

Rate Limits and Data Refresh

  • Data syncs daily by default
  • We import up to the last 12 months of historical data by default (if available)
  • API calls are optimized to respect Leadfeeder API limits

Troubleshooting (the usual suspects)

If your API token is invalid:

  • Make sure the token is active in your Leadfeeder account
  • Confirm the Leadfeeder account is active (not suspended)
  • Create a fresh API token for Analytra and try again

Security note

Your API token is encrypted and stored securely.
